Clearing House for Change
The Clearing House for Change exists to help you successfully effect change at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. The goal/role for this multi-disciplinary Patient Care Executive work group is NOT to impede your project, but to offer input that you may find helpful to complete your project.
The group meets weekly if there are projects to review. There are two ways to access the group.
On the intranet, you can complete the Service Request | Clearing House for Change form that will connect you to the lead of the group and get you started. For the most effective use of meeting time, the group needs the form by Tuesday to review the project by Thursday of that week.
On the intranet, Resources | Clearing House for Change walks you through all of the parts of a successful project plan. If there are questions that you are unable to answer, the group can help to point you to the resources you'll need to find those answers.
